These Terms govern your use of gadgetadda.store and purchases from Gadget Adda. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Store information
Gadget Adda operates this online store using Shopify. Purchases are made directly from Gadget Adda; Shopify provides the commerce platform.
Products and availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen or product batch. We may correct obvious errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an unavailable or suspicious order. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the amount paid will be refunded.
Orders and customer information
You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information. An order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfilment. We may contact you to verify an order before dispatch.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before the order is placed.
Shipping
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, commit fraud, violate another person's rights, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.
