Delivery across Pakistan
Gadget Adda delivers within Pakistan. Standard delivery is Rs. 200, and eligible orders above Rs. 10,000 receive free delivery. The final charge is shown at checkout.
Most orders arrive in 3–7 working days after confirmation. Courier delays, public holidays, remote-area service, weather, or an incomplete address can affect this estimate.
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Please provide an accurate phone number and complete address.
Returns and exchanges
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Email gadgetadda814@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp 0326 6632201 with your order number and details of the issue. Do not send an item back before approval; we will provide the correct return instructions and address.
- Items should be unused and include original packaging and accessories, unless normal testing was required to identify the issue.
- Opened hygiene or consumable products cannot be returned for change of mind. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are still considered.
- Approved change-of-mind returns must be unused, sealed, and in resalable condition; return shipping is paid by the customer.
If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Gadget Adda will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping after approval. Approved refunds are issued through an agreed available method, normally within 5–10 working days after inspection.
